Noise Pollution Project Part 1

I have been working on the story-line and characters. The suggested time limit for these films is 3 minutes per group project and less for solo projects. As I'm seeing it, my project should be done within 5 minutes, however, I might need to make it within 3 minutes. I began working on the first thumbnails and started using value do help with depth cues.
