Day 8 - Snowed In

The last day of the month, it's snowing outside quite a lot and I am really excited to make an animation about a giant snow figure fighting with the Edinburgh Castle, but eventually failing. I started planning the project in the morning and as I am about to start animating, University started evacuating everyone from the building , because of the heavy snow fall. In the midst of this I left my working tools in the locker and thought that by the next day it would be back to normal. It turns out most places were closed including the University until Saturday, so for 3 days I couldn't work on this project. On Saturday afternoon I resumed the Day 8 animation, using live-action footage and hand-drawn animation composed together.
