Day 5 - Giant

Today I thought of making a more ambitious project with a larger narrative and animate a giant, however, I soon realized giants usually move very slowly and animating frame by frame would have taken forever. I decided to use a mix cut-out animation, frame by frame and camera movement to make this film. I decided to base my idea on the Chinese Giant Buddha of Leshan, that was carved out of a cliff face, built between 713 and 803. I think as a whole it worked well, also Maichol Bondanelli composed the sound for this film and that made it come to life.
